The entire sales staff were very accommodating and helpful. As happens, they encountered difficulty getting required paperwork from our insurer; but, they worked it out after several hours. Easy to get appointments and pricing feels honest and upfront. Staff is friendly and waiting room is comfortable. Only suggested improvement would be when parts have to be ordered, the parts department doesn’t let service know when they have arrived so they can schedule the installation. This has happened to my wife a few times and in one case the part was eventually returned to the supplier after sitting at Battles for a while and not getting used. We have learned to just call and check regularly. Overall very happy with Battles

As I've said in a couple of previous surveys from GMC since I purchased my new car, I had a very good experience at Battles Buick GMC. My husband and I have done business with them for many years and have always been pleased. It's why we drive an hour to have this kind of care. We tried a dealership closer to us but it didn't work out. At age 75, I especially need reliability, consistency and quality care. I get all of these things at Battles. It was easy to set up my appointment on-line for an oil change/lube/tire rotation. As they were doing the tire rotation, it was noted that I should get my brakes replaced when I come in for the next oil change. They are also ordering some kind of epoxy to repair the rear window defrost wire. And ordering window lift mechanisms for me. I pay a premium, but I feel like I'm getting a premium service. Which is what I want for my Yukon XL. I highly recommend Battles GMC service.

When the transmission went on my truck, I decided that it wasn't worth it to replace. I started looking around for a new truck and with only a few days left in the month, I really wanted to take advantage of various incentives that were being offered. I was told by other dealerships/salesmen that it wouldn't be possible. I met with Heather and Steve at Battles who were able to get a deal done before the end of the month at a great price. I was even introduced to Mr. Battles. Battles made the experience of purchasing a new truck quick and seamless, with no games or nonsense.

I have been a Battles GMC customer since purchasing a car from them in 2011. I have always gone back to have them service my vehicle. In December 2016, Jeff Battles and his finance team worked hard to get me into a new GMC Terrain which I am driving still today. I wasn't able to bring my car down to the Battles dealership so used a different GMC dealership to replace my brakes. After about a week the brakes were squeaking and when I took my car back to the other dealership that performed the work, they told me nothing was wrong. The noise continued for six months or so and I had had enough. I finally was able to make an appointment with the Battles service department and they took the time to clean my brakes and get them working without squeaking. They also did other maintenance work and replaced my original battery and now my car is running like new! The front service office is so friendly and Wendy is topnotch with her care and updates on how my car was doing throughout the day. And, I assisted her with the new texting program! Because I live almost two hours away, Jeff was so nice to get me a car to use for the day. I can't say enough about Jeff and his crew...they treat their customers like family and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you Battles GMC!

Called to make a service appointment to get some recall and warranty work done on my 2024 gmc Denali hd talked to service person told me the first appoint was about two weeks out . I was coming up on 36000 miles and did not want to go over that. The service person told me don’t worry about if I go over that amout it would not be a problem. I said ok I did not know that(maybe because I called before the 36000 mile cut off) when I came in for service the other service writer told me I was over the mileage and I would not be covered.i told her that he said it would be ok hand said he did say that she told it doesn’t matter what he said or even if she said that it will not be covered. I could not believe I was hearing this. This is there jobs and they should not say something that does not hold up ( I would have parked the truck and not go the 60 miles over had I knew. So I have a truck that was $98,600 with a grille that is peeling off and a trailer brake system that does not work and I have to pay for this out of pocket .if the employees don’t know how gm warranties work they should not be advising customers false advice. I have been buying trucks at dealers since 1987 and have delt with anything like this Iam am totally disgusted with the way I was told something by a service writer and then show up at the dealer and being told it does not matter what he said. Worst dealership experience in 38 years

Everyone is easy to work with, polite and not pushy. i called as i was ruiing late and even getting there 20 mins late they were abel to replace my side mirror and do the oil change. They said about 1 1/2 hours and they were done in less than that. i always appreciate being treated well here when other dealers will say 1 1/2 hours and when you check after that amount of time they will say sorry but we are getting to it and will call you when its done. In other words i have experienced the runaround at other places and that has not been the case the 2 or 3 times we have had the car fixed or serviced! Thanks

I requesred an oil change. Upon completion, I was told that I needed new brakes. The car had 40,000 miles on it. Since I only drive about 4,000 miles a year I asked now bad was the brakes. I was told that they were metal on metal. I asked how much a brake job would cost and was told over $600. I decided to replace the brakes myself. While the brakes were worn they certainly weren't metal on metal and in my opinion had about another 5,000 to 10,000 miles left on them. If I was told that I should consider a brake job, I would consider that a more honest statement then making me feel the car was unsafe to drive.

Unfortunately, my radio/navigation system stopped working. My husband is quite ill & l make many trips to Boston hospitals for his care. I NEED it to work. I brought my car back to Battle’s. After checking it out, a new part was ordered. We got a call from Wendy when the replacement arrived. She worked with GMC on my behalf for the replacement cost. The waiting room is clean and neat, as is the bathroom. The keurig machine is stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider. Wendy even told me where to order the cider, my new favorite! I’m extremely pleased with Battle’s and highly recommend them.

You bent the rim when you put the new tires on then you put it in the back so when I had the tires rotated, it wobbled in front. You didn’t even put tie weights on the tires. It’s not the first time you bent a rim. I was gonna order a 2027 but no way.. you’ll never get another penny from me and this would’ve been my third truck

Gas tank leak which has been a GMC problem for a few models in two model years. My vin did fall into the available information but besides this it took a week to receive parts and no loaner cars were offered or available for me to continue to do my work. Hopefully the new service manager is able to implement much needed changes

Jason was great, including updated communication on status. We thought we had an issue with the key fob and it was a simple battery issue that they resolved at no charge.
